Kulhad Pizza Recipe

1. Begin by melting butter in a skillet and sautéing chopped onions until they turn translucent.

2. Introduce chopped tomatoes, diced capsicum, sweet corn kernels, pizza sauce, and cubes of cottage cheese. Ensure a thorough mix of all the ingredients.

3. In a separate pan, melt some butter and add minced garlic along with diced pizza base, ensuring they are well combined.

4. Assemble your Kulhad (clay pot) pizza in the following layers: start with the pizza masala, followed by the pizza base, grated cheese, chili flakes, oregano, grated cheese once more, a drizzle of fresh cream, a sprinkle of chili flakes, and finally, an additional layer of cheese.

5. To finish, garnish your creation with chopped black olives, a dash of chili flakes, and a sprinkle of oregano.

6. Bake the Kulhad Pizza in a preheated oven at a temperature of 160-170°C for approximately 4-5 minutes until it's perfectly done
